Pokemon Hack Move Editor
Complete Item Editor is a tool for hacking Pokemon third generation ROMs. Its sole purpose is to edit anything and everything about the items in the game. Features: Edits all types of items You can change the items; Name, Price, Description, Pocket, and the order Pokeballs are stored in the Ball Pocket. Item IDs automatically generated. A free online Pokemon Maker and GTS. Create Pokemon and send them to your game. Pokemon Bank compatible. Next, hit Right Trigger. Now, go to your bag, and scroll down to TM 17 (protect), which will now be the move you want to teach to your Pokemon. Use this one, since it changes TM17 protect, which just about any pokemon can learn, into any move. Also, the number it references is anything between 000 to 467. ROM Hacking Tools When I fi rst joined the hacking community, I was unsure of what tools to use. Below is a catalog of EVERYTHING you need, If something good comes out, I'll add it to the list. I have never hacked.gb,.gbc and.NDS so I have no idea of the right tools to use. I've completed Jambo51's move table hack for Fire Red and made it so the Attack adder installs it. I still have yet to port the hack to Emerald. The Pokemon adder works for English Fire Red. I made it add Pokemon the same way that it's done in DoesntKnowHowToPlay's tutorial in order to remain consistent with what others may have already done. Pokemon Game Editor, commonly know as PGE, is an all in one tool started in 2010 by Gamer2020 for hacking the Game Boy Advanced Pokemon games. The program continues to evolve over the years and has had 40,000+ downloads. The program is currently developed in VB.Net with Visual Studio 2013.
I just love programming + Pokemon games, so here it is! My second GSC tool that I'm releasing for free, though I believe this is not just a cheap program haha. Here it is, my so proud GSC Moveset Editor!
You're still going to need to install .NET Framework 4 and you can get it here: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24872
sceptile30 is the password for the zip file, though the only content is the program itself, no need for read-me's
I'm also planning to study and develop these tools if I have time:
-GSC Attack Editor (edit Power, Accuracy, PP, effect, etc etc.)
-GSC TM/HM Editor (this tool is already available, but I really find it hard if I want to check 50 TM's and 7 HM's, and I'm not sticking in doing it manually for 251 Pokemon)
-GSC Trainer Editor (this tool is also available, but I will just make my own version of it with sorting functions like if you want to sort trainers by name, or by area, etc etc.)
Please give me the credits if you're going to use my tools in a hack that you're going to release and also, you can consult me if GSC tools need to be developed and if I find free time, I'll do the studying in order for it to be created. And lastly, I'm not just a Pokemon-game-lover, but also a programmer, and I also do want to have my personal income for my expertise so if you know freelance jobs for me, please do mention it thanks! :)
